another short ppost. i just realized i am payting rent for a place in tokyo where i spent less than half my time.
wouldnt it be great to have activity based rent? it would reduce my expenses a big deal. that would be cool.
zanatos is on the road once again. returning to tokyo next week.



Hypothetically speaking, if we switched to activity-based housing rent, then prices will be very low during working hours (when we're all in the office), then shoot up sky-high when we all go home and want to rest. So in the end things will even out ;-)
The only ones who would benefit from this system would be those with unusual working hours.
